Windows and Network Monitoring

NightWatch monitors Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 2003, Windows 2008 and Windows 7. Monitored Object types can be chosen to Monitor Windows Services, Disc Space, Disc Drives, Windows Event Logs, Windows Folders, Web Pages, Disc Files, Windows Process, WMI, SNMP and Email.

Nightwatch can monitor Windows Applications including Microsoft Exchange, IIS, SQL and Domino Server (Lotus Notes). Literally hundreds of applications can be monitored for all kinds of problems. NightWatch doesn't just monitor Windows, it monitors applications, hardware, temperature and network devices as well.

Nightwatch also includes network monitoring features to monitor Windows networks, for example ip ping, bandwidth, TCP Services, UDP Services, DNS check and Netware servers.
 
NightWatch also monitors UNIX using unix login scripts and SYSLOG monitoring. It can also monitor legacy servers such as HP3000, OpenVMS and AS/400.

Temperature Monitoring with Room Alert
 
Server room temperature, humidity and power can be monitored using the Room Alert hardware device which connects to the network as an ip device. Monitoring server temperature is as important as monitoring the temperature of your car engine. Temperature gives the single most important measure of health, so its clearly something to monitor. Room Alert temperature monitoring is integrated with the server monitoring and network monitoring in NightWatch, which makes it easy to manage. Temperature monitor readings are logged for historical analysis.
